Would section 168(k) be my rental property's depreciation or that of the house i live in?

My New York State return says that my "Sec 168(k) property depreciation difference" is $58 and wants to know what of that is "New York Portion". Would that section 168 (k) be talking about property depreciation difference from my rental property (which is in NY) or my home property (which is not in NY)?

It is your rental house's depreciation.
