Why is the capital loss carryover screen showing incorrect calculations?

I signed up to get updates about the 'enter passive operating loss' error. It is in Schedule E carryover worksheet. 'Disallowed Passive Losses by Year and Type' Has anybody else signed up and actually received any updates?

TurboTax is calculating the capital loss carryover on 1099-B capital gains. I also have 1099-DIV and 1099-INT income. How can I change the capital loss carryover amount?
