Why is schedule e asking for renter income when I only need to add royalty income?

I am getting an error message saying I cannot have income for rental and royalty.  However it is giving an error message if I key zero for rental income.  I only got royalty income

It's possible you checked the box for Rental instead of Royalty property. Go back to the list of Rentals and Royalties and see what it says for this property. If it says "Rental" under Type, you'll need to delete that property and re-enter it as a Royalty type property.  Be sure to check the Royalty box as soon as you start to re-enter.

If you are using TurboTax for desktop, you can edit the Property Info and select "Royalty property." But TurboTax Online doesn't have this option.
