Why does my rental expense is not being captured?

On the Rental Expense page, I selected (edited) the amount for  cleaning expense. On the cleaning expense form, i entered of 500.  The form takes $500 but when it goes back to the expense  summary page, it still shows $0 and shows "Not Started". But when i edit it, the $50 still shows.  I cleared my cache, deleted and tried other browser and devices - same issue.   It works fine in other type of expense (ie mgmt fee, others etc)

I don't know why but a workaround is to call it a miscellaneous expense with an explanation.
