Where do I input the amount of rent that I paid? I have a 2019 crp, certificate of rent paid form

The crp form does not come up to complete. I completed the PTC form but there is no form 5674 or crp

It is part of your state return, how you file it depends on the state. What state are you in?

You then have to print and mail it to the State of Minnesota.
