Turbo tax lists farm and business income, but not rental property, how do I enter non-residential rental income on the NY state return
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Please try following the instructions below to assist you in entering your rental income into your federal tax return, which will then transfer over to your state return.
In TurboTax, you would go Federal Taxes, Wages & Income, then Rental Properties and Royalties.
You may need to add New York, by clicking Add Another State
