Yes, the program says to report with investment sales and goes on to say the program will gather the information. Click continue and let the program work. The 3921 information will act as your 1099-B when you enter it. It goes into the investment section automatically. Select that you do not have a 1099-B when going through the 3921. The 3921 will also handle AMT, if needed.

I had the same frustration. You have to force it. I put Form 3921 in the Broker slot and just proceeded from there. There is a pull down for ISO transactions, and you need to calculate the cost and proceeds, but it is doable.
Thanks! Had the same problem, and scrolled through many answers leading towards dead ends since TT does not have a clean method for ISO exercise and sell. If TT would just have inserted an option for "Don't have a 1099-B" in Premium 2023, but this would have been too easy.
