Where do i enter expenses for rental property, repairs, attorney fees?

Unable to rent out property because damages to flooring had to be repaired, also had to hire attorney to recover cost to repair flooring. Where should these expenses be placed?

My son lives in my 2nd home year round and pays the mortgage which is a lot less than fair rental prices. Do I report it as income or is this a case of cost sharing with a close family member?

this turbo Tax do not ask for each houses income and cost of repairs and cost of Taxes for rental properties, etc.
