When doing a 1031 for rental property do I also need to do like-kind exchanges for the appliances?

I am doing a 1031 like-kind exchange of rental property. I have a refrigerator that was bought in 2017 and is still being depreciated. I have a washer & dryer that were fully depreciated. All appliances were sold with the rental property. I purchased new appliances for the replacement property. How do I handle this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

All of those assets should be included in your basis and exchange price.
