My property manager business has received payments through Zillow.com then pass it thought to landlords. I have received a 1099-k under my EIN and I am wondering that should I create 1099-mics for those landlord who has received rents ? in this way, I can push off the 1099k "income" from my end . please advice. thanks!

It is your job as a rental manager to give 1099-MISC forms for rent to the landlords. It should not include the fees they pay you. You can use Quickbase Employer Forms for your convenience. You will want to watch the video and support is available.
The forms should have been filed by Jan 31 and mailed to the owners.
