Wells Fargo Advisors Import still not working

Fidelity Brokerage tax statements downloaded just fine. Cannot get from Wells Fargo. WF said to change browsers, which i did, still unable to import tax info from Wells Fargo

Last year I found the problem with importing Wells Fargo advisor data.  Your password cannot have special characters, just upper, lower, numbers.  I imported my data this year and had no problems.
