We lived in a home from 1/18 to 6/18. The house was available to rent in July, but no tenants moved in during 2018. What is our Days Rented at a fair market price ____?

We lived in a home from January to June in 2018. The house was available to rent in July. The property was posted in several sites starting June. Several potential tenants visited the house, but no tenants moved in during 2018.  So we didn't have any income from rental.

How do we fill out Days Rented at a fair market price _____, and Personal use during the year _____?

Can we divide the expenses, such as insurance and property tax, between the time we lived in the house (Jan-June) and the time it was used as a rental but no tenants occupied (July-Dec)?

Thank  you.
