This license code is already linked to another account

This is the error message I am receiving while trying to install the 2023 software. I literally just purchased the software at Office Depot. It is being installed on the workstation we always use for Turbo Tax preparation.

I have an account with Intuit for years now.

The bank account info is so different that this would not have been entered by me. Routing number is way off and account number has 4 digits more that is used. How?
