Sleeper Sofa purchased - needs to be put under Miscellaneous Expense. 

There is no Heading in Rental Section.

To enter your rental's miscellaneous expense in TurboTax, 

• In your open Federal return, choose the tab for Wages & Income
• If the topic Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) does not show up, choose the button Add more income.
• Edit/Add your rental property and Continue to edit the property your wish to add the sleeper sofa to.
• On the page Review Your [Name] Rental Summary scroll down to the topic Expenses and Update or Start
• On the page How do you want to enter your rental expenses? select I'll choose what I work on
• Continue through the interview until you reach the page Any Miscellaneous Expenses?
• Enter your miscellaneous expense items and amounts and Continue to finish the interview.
