Schedule D - 28% Rate Gain Worksheet

In doing a preview of my tax before filing I see Part III Summary page of schedule D line 17 is check yes got to line 18 -If you are required to complete the 28% Rate Gain Worksheet (see instructions), enter the
amount, if any, from line 7 of that worksheet. I don't see a worksheet for this how would I know I don't need this did TT figured it out automatically please help me understand. Thanks
