You should have received a 1099-DIV reporting the dividends or you might find this in annual reporting statements. These are a return of profits from the company and don't affect you basis or sale in RSUs. It's reported as dividend income.
To enter, from within your return, search Dividend income in the top right search box and select the first "Jump to... " result. There you can enter your dividends.

I have the same question. TurboTax is treating the dividends from stock grants as ordinary income, which does not make sense to me. 1099-DIV Box 1a (ordinary dividends) is $x. Box 1b is also $x. But at the end of the day they are being treated as ordinary income, or it's being double counted-- I can't tell which. Please help!
