Why is Turbo Tax changing the numbers I'm typing in, for Rental Property expenses?

I think me and the TT specialist figured it out.  Looks like in my Rental Properties EXPENSES / ASSETS (DEPRECIATION) section, is subtracting 25% of my entry numbers as I live in a unit in my 4-Plex.
