Sold all my shares in July of 2019 in partnership. Company said they wouldn't issue the k1s till after 3-16-20. I have looked online and they are still not available and I really don't even know if they will issue any to me. Would it be normal for me not to receive any since I sold all in 2019?

Normally you should receive a K-1 covering the period in 2019 when you were still a member of the partnership.

Yes, you'll receive a "final" Schedule K-1. Most likely you were a partner in a partnership and activity inside the partnership flows through to the individual partners, even if they weren't partners for the entire year.
If the partnership went on extension they have until 9/15/2020 to file the return and issue the K-1 form ... put yourself on extension which gets you to 10/15/2020 to file the personal return. Did you ask them when they plan on issuing the form ???
For some reason, they lost it in their system and found it yesterday. All is good. Thanks!
