In 2018 I took QBI deductions for my rental properties and eFiles my federal 1040. This year when I took the QBI deduction Turbo Tax says I can not eFile but must file by mail. Why the change?

From what I'm reading on this forum in other threads, it looks like TurboTax is waiting for form 8995-A to be available. I just checked the IRS site and they say it's now available. My guess is, hopefully, this means the form should be available within the next couple of days for TurboTax. My only concern is that TurboTax will automatically utilize the form since my taxes are largely complete and all I need to do is basically e-file now.
Per the TurboTax form availability listing Form 8995-A is now available. If you are still having trouble with the forms you might have some residual information on old form.
You should:

Once I delete the form, will TurboTax automatically reguide me through all the missing information?
I deleted the form and Form 8995 (not 8995-A) was added back in after I cleared my Microsoft Edge cache (which I'm not sure why that should affect my local copy of TurboTax) and got back into TurboTax. I see that 8995-A is available in TurboTax but it was not the form added back in, just plain 8995. Do I need to add it and fill it out manually? When I try to do my final review, it still says I can't e-file because "You have QBI Deduction Worksheet Schedule B - Aggregation of Business Operations"!
I was able to get past all this by doing as was suggested on a different thread and deleting the QBI Component Worksheet. Still, this ultimately needs to be rectified by the software to not force users to take all these odd measures just to efile.
I am using the Home & Business version and have checked to confirm it is up to date. When I checked, the form wasn't deleted. I tried to delete again I confirm Yes to delete. The form disappears and then comes right back. I've tried to delete the worksheets and get similar results. Do I need to remove the information from the forms and then delete it?
I tried deleting the QBI component worksheets. This also comes back after appearing to be deleted.
If you want or need to aggregate any businesses, for the time being the return is still print and mail only in TurboTax. TurboTax is working with the IRS to enable e-file for aggregated QBI businesses and the QBI netting/carryforward worksheet.
You'll need to decide whether or not you want or need to aggregate any businesses in 2019. Once you aggregate, you must continue to aggregate in future years. But, not aggregating last year does not preclude you from aggregating this year. Refer to the IRS instructions for Form 8995-A for more information on aggregation.
If you do not need or want to aggregate any businesses, here is how to “un-aggregate” them in TurboTax Online or TurboTax Download/CD:
Note that you could also use these instructions to aggregate businesses. Delete the QBI component worksheets for each business you want to aggregate, go to the Review, and link all the businesses to the same QBI component worksheet. But, you will not be able to e-file your tax return and must print and mail the return.
