I was able to file my W2 with no problem, but i don't know the answer to some of the questions and number they ask for the 1099-NEC since I was hired on full time and wasn't self employed.

They treated you as a sub contractor until they formally hired you so surprise you WERE self employed and the 1099-NEC must be reported on the Sch C.
