How do I get technical support? After pressing Federal, Wages/Income, Rental Properties and Royalties "Edit/Add" the module will not load. Issue has persisted for 1 wk

I have tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, etc.  It did work initially in December but the software was waiting for some tax info to be published from the IRS before I could finish.  I think it is a technical glitch?  I am using TT Premier.

Uninstalled Win 10 OS updates can cause issues ... make sure you have updated and installed all of them and make sure to reboot the computer at least twice.
