Hello:

I need to add 2022 State and local tax information manually.  I did not import the tax2022.  Please help on how to enter this information when taxed were paid with the return state and local returns.

You can enter the state tax in the federal deductions section. Follow these steps:

1. Locate Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
2. Select Other Income Taxes
3. Locate 2022 refund applied to 2023
4. Select Local, enter amount
5. Select State, enter amount
6. Select Done
