My rental property information from past years is not showing up in my return. How do I fix that?

I am using TT online and upgraded to the Self-Employed this year. I need the past info for depreciation, etc...

How was your 2018 return prepared last year--in Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download)?    If you used desktop software last year, the info won't automatically appear in a 2019 online return.  If you DID use 2018 desktop software,  we can tell you how to transfer the *.tax2018 data file into a new online 2019 return.

You appear to be using Online Self-Employed Edition now.   If you used Online TurboTax for 2018, and again now for 2019, it should have transferred the 2018 info in automatically when you started the 2019 return--if you are in the same account.   So, if it didn't transfer in, it makes me wonder if you are in the correct account; i.e., the same account as last year.    Do you see evidence of the 2018 return in that account you are using?    Did everything else except the rental property information transfer in?  i.e., did your name, SSN, DOB, address, other income items, etc. all transfer in from 2018?

If you used Online TurboTax for both 2018 and 2019, but see no evidence of the 2018 return in that account, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.

ADDENDUM:  I'll go ahead and tell you how in my next comment below, just in case you need it.

Just in case you need it, and in the interest of time, I'll go ahead and tell you how to look for multiple accounts, if necessary.

To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first.   After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number and email address(es) that you can access,  here's another method:

Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
