Multiple Stock purchases, say last purchase on Dec 1. Sell the entire lot on Dec 15 for a loss, but the order is executed in 2 groups, same day. ? Trigger wash sale ?

Since after the first sale, I have a remaining shares which were purchased within 30 days of the sale, but they do get sold later in the day. All losses. ? Trigger wash sale rule ??

If I understand correctly, you bought multiple lots of the same stock on different dates.  After the last purchase, you sold all the stock for a loss.  The sale was executed as two separate transactions on the same day.  Because you sold all of your shares, the wash rules would not apply, unless you repurchased the shares within 30 days or less.
