Mother passed and rental properties were in Trust. Mortgage interest is reported under her SS not Trust EIN

My Mother held 5 rentals in a Revocable trust and the properties have mortgages.  We are keeping the rentals in the trust and keeping the mortgages paid monthly.  The Mortgage companies are still reporting interest paid under my mothers name and SS# not the trust name and EIN..  Do I just take the mortgage deduct for the trust? or will this throw up a flag with the IRS since the 1098 interest in still being reported in my dead mother's name and SS#.. Not sure if the bank would change the reporting to the trust EIN. Don't really want to ask since I'm worried they might force us to refi since our rate is low.  Thanks for any help.
