This percentage may reflect the percentage of days used compared to personal days or be a percentage of square footage if you are renting a portion of your home.
To return to this area of your return, enter rental property in the search box and select the Jump to link in the search results.
At the Review your rental property info, the days used will be listed under the Rental Type and Usage section.

Turbo Tax will not let me edit this. I own all 100% of my property, and not 29%.
So in the next section, it shows "Owner info." Where is shows 29%, I click "Edit."
It just takes me back to that page that shows me I own 29% when I own 100%. It won't let me change this.
This is confusing!!!
You are correcting the ownership percentage correctly as you have indicated your steps for the General Info section. You have selected the correct area and entered the correct ownership percentage even though your image above shows a lesser amount. Be sure to do the following and then try it again.
Clear all cache and cookies, as well as browser history from your web browser. This does help to eliminate remembering pieces of information you have tried to remove. I see you are using TurboTax Self-Employed Online version and when all else fails this usually works for me.
Next, go to the General Info for your rental activity again, if necessary make the changes again. Then and most importantly, continue through the rental activity until you come back to the the page titled 'Your income and expenses'. Then go back to check your rental information again. It should be correct.
If necessary change your answer so that you can also change the question to 'No, I'll do the math and enter % of my expenses'.
