Importing from Interactive Brokers

Hello - My tax forms are available but when I connect its as if there are no forms to retrieve.  Is anyone else having this issue.  I have updated my token id and query and putting in the correct boxes.

this is the message I am receiving  "You can ask Interactive Brokers if you'll get tax forms this year, and return to import when they're available. If you already have the info, you can enter it by hand. (902)"

contact interactive broker. a PDF my be available but direct impor is from a special electroni file thta may not yet be ready. 

TurboTax has faced numerous issues for 2025 with importing from financial institutions. These include Local Area Network issues they may be correctible by clicking on the lock icon in the address bar -permissions for this site. Other issues can arise from firewall and/or antivirus. Even the the browser you are using. Some suggest trying Chrome.
