Can I file a simple return, using standard deductions when I have a rental property.

My itemized deductions are less than the standard deductions, but it isn't clear to me if I have to file using a deluxe return because of my rental property.

If you are using the TurboTax online editions you will have to upgrade to the Premier edition to enter rental income and expenses.
