No, you can not. Rent for your personal residence is not deductible.

If I'm purchasing a mobile home in Washington state, and it's my primary residence, is the lot rent tax deductible? Thank you.

Again it is a no on the federal return ... and since WA doesn't have a state income tax it is also a no on the state.
