I've attempted to import Robinhood information but get an error

I'm using the Mac desktop version of Turbotax 2024 and am trying to import my Robinhood information.  I've entered the Master Account Number and Document ID as requested, I get a spinner, but it just quits and doesn't move on to the next screen.

Please see this link for more guidance on importing your 1099 from Robinhood. Make sure you have also enabled third party sharing from your Robinhood account. 

Also Robinhood does have 2 different names listed as an approved partner so make sure you are selecting the correct brokerage name based upon your investments.
