I received a 1099-NEC from a client for graphic design and photography work. My income was listed as rental income, but I did not rent anything. Can someone explain?

Where did you enter the 1099?

It should be entered in the Self-Employment section. Under Wages and Income, scroll down to Self-Employment and click enter.
