I paid a real estate company $1450 to find a tenant for a rental property. Where should I add this?

To enter your property management fees, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Show more next to Rental Properties and Royalties
  2. Next click Start/Revisit next to Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E)
  3. If you've already been through this section, you'll be at your 'Rental Summary'. Click Start/Update next to 'Expenses' and click I'll choose what I work on.
  4. On the next screen, 'Enter common expenses' you can enter your fees under 'Management Fees'
