I'm applying for a building loan, but they won't consider my 20k in AirBnB income because they said I listed it on the wrong line. Suggestions?

A loan officer won't include AirBnB income because I listed it as self-employment income. How should I list it?

It is self employment.  Ask the bank what line they want it on.

Do you provide "services" (such as maid service or meals) to the tenants?  If so, it is self employment.

If not, it is a rental on Schedule E.
