I'm 50% owner in an investment property. I state that in a section of Turbo tax that asks. When I enter my expenses/income, do I enter all, or 50% of those numbers?

If you say you are a 50% owner, then the program will prorate for you.

You will either enter ALL the expenses and say you are a 50% owner   OR   you only enter 50% of the expenses and say you are a 100% owner (of your 50%).  Review the Sch E carefully BEFORE you file for accuracy.
