I have rental properties in separate states. When I move on to file state income tax it pulls over the aggregate amount. Where can I find the individual amounts for each?

You will need to take a look at Schedule E to see the amount for each separate property.  Line 21 under each column will show the income or loss for each property in the columns.

If you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, you can also go back through each property in the Rentals section of your return.  Edit each property individually and then without changing any information, click Done.  You will see a total shown on the screen showing either a profit or loss.  Go a few steps further and there will be another chance to view a summary for that property.

For TurboTax Online, there is not a separate summary shown for each property, so you will need to print your return in order to see Schedule E.
