I had Foundation Repair and the Floor Replacement Costs as well. Where in my taxes do I input that information as a deduction?

If this was for your own home it is not deductible.  Repairs and improvements to your own home are not deductible.   You should save all invoices and statements for someday when you sell the house.

Or was this for a rental property that you own?

Those expenses would only be deductible if done to property you use as a rental.

Was this property a rental?
