I entered the Insurance Premiums amount for my rental property, but in the Expenses it shows "NOT STARTED" is a bug?

it shows some amounts and in others says NOT STARTED, which is incorrect as I entered the values

Edit your Rental Property in the Rental section. You'll go through a couple screens to get to the Rental and Royalty Summary.

At the Rental Topics page, Start/Update Expenses.

See if you have an amount for Insurance. If not, you can enter it here.
