I believe I accidentally entered that I own my home. I actually rent. How do I change that?

It is not going to cause any issue.   When you go through deductions and credits, TurboTax is going to show you categories such as Mortgage and Refinancing interest questions.   You can just skip those questions.    There is no deduction for rent on your federal return, but you might be able to take a rent credit on your state return once you get there and depending on your state.
