I am trying to enter in the rent amount I have paid with “heat included” but I split utilities ($25 each) with my roommates. should I include the entire $25?

I am just confused because heat was included in the utilities I believed. but $25 each was for all utilities

Please clarify and expand on your question.  Based on what you are asking, I believe you are residing in a state that gives you a deduction for rent paid.  Generally, states that give a deduction for rent do not give a deduction for utilities if they are separately stated.  If they are not separately stated in the monthly statement and/or lease agreement then the total payment can be considered rent.  If one of the documents states X number of dollars for utilities is part of the rental payment then you would not include that amount in the rent paid.
