How to report T5008 (form received from Canada) in my US tax filing?

<P>I am trying to report my T5008 on my US tax return and I dont received 1099-B, so how should i enter this info? I wasn't given the option to say that I don't have a 1099-B if i choose Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds. Please help.</P>

I did my 2023 taxes I even have the recipe from turbo tax. I received a letter from IRS that I didn’t file.

I file my taxes and got approved for it but it's still processing from April 15th and 16 weeks after and more still processing didn't receive my refund yet
