How to report expenses for house converted from personal use to rental?

I converted my home from personal to rental in the middle of the year. I entered the days in rental and personal in TurboTax. Somehow then it is trying to prorate most of the expenses like repairs, painting, supply, ... However, those were for rental only. Any way to correctly report it?

Yes, take away the personal use days.  Personal use days only count after it has been converted to a rental property.  Any personal use days before it was a rental should not be entered.
