How to add stock purchases

I didn't receive any forms for my stock purchase, but I can log on and see that I have made them. What info do I need to include this on my tax returns?

How to add stock purchases

You do not report stock purchases on your tax return. When you sell the stocks, you'll report the sales and any gain on the transaction.
