You don't enter the location or tax ID on an out of state stock sale on the OK state tax form. 

If you are in the TurboTax state program for OK, You'll see a screen Summary of Oklahoma Capital Gains and Losses. If you select Edit on that screen for the stock in question, leave the location and Fed ID number blank on the next screen, and check This property does not qualify for exclusion.
