You need to convert the amount to dollars by using an average exchange rate for 2021. Enter it in the Federal section of TurboTax, then Interest and Dividends, then Dividends on 1099-DIV. Choose the I'll type it in on my own option and enter the dividend amount in box 1. If you paid any foreign tax on it, enter that in box 7.
