How do i get another Form 8949 to e-file? The 1099-B has two Form 8949 items one for Box D and one for Box E. Turbo Tax only created one Form 8949 with Box E checked.

The 1099-B instruction clearly indicates to check box D, but Turbo Tax ignored this and instead reported the amounts on line 8 of Schedule D instead of Line 8b.
