When taxpayers are issued Form 1099-Misc, this income must be reported on the long Form 1040 and supporting schedules must be included with your return. If the income is from an investment, that's Schedule E, Supplemental Income and Loss. If the income is from your business, that's Schedule C, Profit or Loss from Business.
