If this is a personal residence, not used as a rental or in a business, the repairs made to the residence are not deductible on a tax return.

If the home is your personal residence there is not deduction for repairs to your home, unless they were caused by something designated as a federal disaster.  If the damage was caused by road or sewer/storm work you may have some recourse against your city or county, but not on your tax return.
