Safe harbor, group or ungroup rental properties as 1 enterprise in TT if intend to sell some properties later?
I received foreign property (more than100k) and cash gift (aggregated to 48k) in 2023 from my mom, do I list them all in 54b? For cash gift, what can I put on description?
I'm renting from a property management group. I can not find who owns the property. Can I list the property managers as the landlord when filing for a renter's deduction?
