I am the Successor Trustee ready to sign the form, but it says "Signature of Fiduciary or officer representing fiduciary" Can I as Trustee sign this form?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
If you're the trustee, you are the fiduciary.
Thank You!
Hello,
I have a follow-up question to this. I understand that am to sign part II as Fiduciary (trustee) but do I also need to sign Part III as the ERO? (I am the preparer, electronic submitter, and trustee).
And if I do sign ERO, do I check the self-employed box or just leave it blank? I am not self-employed, I'm just doing my own taxes.
Thanks!

No, leave that blank.
