Form 1099-B from Morgan Stanley

Interested in whether others with Morgan Stanley are seeing a difference between the Paper Form 1099-B that MS sends, and the amounts downloaded if you use "import".  They respond that "the paper 1099-B is correct" and will not reconcile differences.  Just want to know if this is a community-recognized difference
